All family & senior photography sessions are on-location and last for about 2 hours (newborn photography sessions are longer). Home photography offers some of my favorite photoshoots— your home reflects your personality and easily allows you and your little ones to relax. If you prefer an outdoor session, we can work together to find a meaningful location. I can suggest some picturesque places in Washington, DC, Bethesda, or Northern Virginia that are excellent backdrops.
As your family photographer, my goal is to capture a variety of colors, textures, and backgrounds while you relax and enjoy the experience. There are plenty of local spots that work wonderfully. That said, I often joke that I could take pictures at a Taco Bell and still find some background or pattern to make any photo exciting! Let me worry about finding the perfect location.

I will send you a link to a private gallery of your fully edited photos, which generally takes about three weeks. (Please note: The gallery will be available for two weeks.) I am happy to make suggestions on prints and sizes.

After your portrait session,
These documentary-style newborn photography sessions are perfect for brand new infants, usually taking place within the first ten days of birth. You don't have to leave the house; I'll come to you! Newborn pictures generally take 3-4 hours to allow for plenty of time for feedings and changings.
Your senior pictures mark a momentous milestone in your child’s life. Let's celebrate together! I will tailor your teen’s session to their personality and interests. Senior portrait sessions take about two hours and include multiple nearby locations and outfit changes. Props are encouraged!
This option consists of a two-hour, on-location family picture session for up to 5 family members (pets, too!). These are relaxed, lifestyle family photos taken at a location that's meaningful to you. Your home or favorite park is perfect. Don't worry, there's plenty of time for snacks and bathroom breaks, too!
